We provide secure courier delivery services across all major cities, states, and union territories in India. At present, we do not support direct international shipping through our website. For orders outside India, please contact our support team at lumealights01@gmail.com to arrange special freight solutions.
All items in stock are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Custom architectural fittings, bespoke chandeliers, or bulk customized orders may require additional fabrication or quality-testing time (typically 7 to 15 business days). You will be notified of any extended processing times upon order confirmation.

Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, package dimensions, volumetric weight, and destination pincode. We offer complimentary free shipping on select promotional lighting fixtures or order values exceeding a specific threshold as advertised on our catalog page.
Upon dispatch of your package, an automated confirmation email and WhatsApp message will be sent containing your carrier name and shipping tracking ID. You can track your real-time shipment status directly on the partner carrier's tracking page (e.g. Shiprocket portal).
